Internet poker has become globally celebrated lately, with televised tournaments and celebrity poker game events. The games popularity, though, arcs back in reality a bit farther than its television ratings. Over the years many types on the first poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of the above-mentioned games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely resembling twenty-one than old guard poker, in that the gamblers bet against the bank rather than the other players. The winning hands, are the established poker hands. There is little conniving or different kinds of deceptiveness. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up before the dealer announcing "No more bets." At that instance, both you and the dealer and of course all of the other players receive five cards. After you have looked at your hand and the casino’s initial card, you must in turn make a call wager or give up. The call bet’s amount is equal to your original ante, which means that the stakes will have doubled. Surrendering means that your ante goes directly to the dealer. After the bet is the face off. If the house does not have ace/king or greater, your bet is given back, including a sum in accordance with the original wager. If the bank does have ace/king or greater, you succeed if your hand defeats the bank’s hand. The house pays cash equal to your ante and set expectations on your call bet. These expectations are:

  • Equal for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • 3-1 for 3 of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • 100-1 for a royal flush
